I'm glad that you are in the process of booking this reading.
A few things to note:
What is the 24 hr. Express reading? And how is it different from a regular reading?
An express reading is like booking a last minute appointment. It’s non-refundable because within 24 hrs. of the reading, I start to tune into your energy, and get information about you for your reading. That is typically when your reading starts. For these readings, I start to tune in right away, that is why they are non-refundable.
You will receive your reading within 24hrs of the time slot that your reading is booked for that day.*
For example, If you book the reading time slot “10am" at 8am that morning, your reading will be sent to you by 10am the next day.
Express readings must be for the person booking the reading, and not for your Aunt or Uncle, and are non-refundable as the readings take place right away.
How do I send you my questions for the reading?
2) Write your questions in the order of importance on the intake form that you are prompted to fill out while you are booking your reading. I will answer them according to the time remaining for the reading. You can also send your questions along in response to the reminder email sent to you prior to the scheduled reading.
*Why was my reading cancelled?
3) There are times when we don't have a Spiritual Contract for a reading or that I am not meant to guide you on your journey, whether it be at this point or on your entire journey. What this means is that your reading will be cancelled with a FULL REFUND. I always honor the light.
If there is a question of timing, I will prompt you through a cancellation message., and a FULL REFUND.
Can I get a refund?
4) A reading is non-refundable within 24 hours of the reading. During this 24 hr. period, a reading can not be rescheduled or cancelled.
That is usually when I begin to tune into your energy and start the work on my end.
I am unexpectedly late for my in-person reading, what can I do?
5) Should you be unable to attend a in-person booking, please let me know as soon as possible. It will then becomes an extended version of an emailed reading (time permitting) and depending when I am notified.
If I am notified prior to the reading time, but after the 24 hrs. cancellation deadline, the reading becomes and extended online reading. If I'm notified during the reading time, I use whatever time remaining and begin your reading then. This will then be emailed to you.
But Alicia, the in-person reading is more expensive! That's why you have the added benefit of having an extended version of an online reading. This version of a reading is only for exceptional cases. An extended online reading can not be requested.
Please note: refunds are not available for missed in-person small group readings. Please contact me ahead of time/as soon as possible, should you be late or miss the scheduled group reading time.
Can I publish any information that I get from my reading?
6) Any information that I read does not belong to you (in any legal sense). As the reader and Medium, the information belongs to me, the Medium in the legal sense. I can choose to use the information received to guide, instruct and or help others on their spiritual journeys. Information contained in a readings can not be publicized by you in any form.
The information that I read could be used in giving advice, talks, all blogs forms, writing etc... about some of the lessons that you have learned on your journey that might benefit others -omitting personal and specifically identifiable information. It could also relate to my experiences as your Medium and the reading process.
Or it could look like, my exploration of the lessons that I learn from the process of reading the information or our time together.
When you pay for a reading, your are paying for access to the information. But you do not own the information.
As a client, What do I do after I finish reading the information?
7) Sometimes a reading can bring up topics or issues that are hard to process. Please be sure to have a friend or family member available, or even some quiet time, to better process the information received.
